Bad customer service no help to customer in need!

Having urgent issue with domain I paid for that is still showing owned by WordPress and in wix it’s saying owed in third party. I need WordPress to urgently update the domain console so it can be connected to wix instead of saying WordPress I know longer want any business with you guys. I want to connect it to wix.com instead of WordPress and the system in who is.com is saying the domain belongs to WordPress I cannot even transfer my domain without WordPress unlocking the system of my domain to me to update it to go to wix.com!
WordPress is the only person who can solve this issue!I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

You are on a public forum meaning you won’t get instant help. Also it is weekend so most Staff members aren’t online. I tagged this thread with modlook to get attention from Staff. jJust relax and wait till a Staff member is available.

Excuse but I have a reason to feel the way I do here! In case you don’t know money is involved here I actually paid for a package with wix.com for a domain that’s locked at the moment just imagine for one moment how you would have happened to a person like you I don’t think you would be happy at all.

To the person saying to relax I have a reason to worry it’s my domain were talking about here a domain I paid for.

The fact you cancelled your paid plan complicates the situation. By doing so the domain is locked. So you’ll have to wait untill a Staff member is available as they are the only people able to unlock the situation.

With my own money. Now the system is saying my domain the one I paid for is still tied to WordPress.and not to wix I have contacted wix regarding this whole entire issue with me and my domain and the lady who’s name is Nora told me that WordPress needs to update the system the domain console to connect my domain to wix. Cause wix doesn’t own the domain I paid for with WordPress as of yet. I asked that my website Shauntel’sOrganicAllNaturals to have a .com domain attached to it and remove the package after getting a better deal with wix.com I paid 38.00 for this package with wix but now my domain I cancelled is still saying that domain name is owned or connected to WordPress. So now do you see the issue I cannot afford to have my money go down the drain like that I want my website to say Shauntel’sOrganicAllNaturals.com in wix and it’s tied to wordpress instead of with wix who I paid.

I cancelled in order to have my domain to go to wix.com I already told WordPress that I was desiring this domain when the system asked me why I cancelled my domain I said I want it to go to wix.com instead I made it very clear to the system I was desiring to go to wix instead of WordPress.

I also see your domain redirects to a non excisting domain XN–SHAUNTELSORGANICALLNATURALS-P58P.COM.
As already said: wait untill a Staff member is available. -
