Banner 800px not displaying properly

    Hi,

    I encounter an issue concerning the size of my custom banner. I use the theme “Exford”. I also use the widget “Smart Slider”. The issue is the size of my banner is 1920×800. The banner is showing smaller than its native size. In the options of “Smart Slider” widget, i have enabled the function “Force full width” but the picture is too larger and blurrier.

    I would like to see the banner much larger (1600×500 for example) but not too much like the mode “Force full width” of the widget “Smart Slider”, so that people can see better the text.

    Do you know a solution for this issue ?

    You’d probably need some custom code to change the size of the banner.
    We’re not able to help you out with this, but you can reach out to your plugin developers or ask folks at https://fr.wordpress.org/support/forums/.
