  Oh sorry, I must admit that I am not so able as an admin of my blog, but in any case, please can you tell me 1. If I can put in my blog page a scrolling banner which links to my publisher’s home page 2. How do I get this issue? Thanks for your kind answering

  Hi Pasquale,

  There isn’t a way to put scrolling banners on WordPress.com, so that won’t be possible on your blog here. In addition, please take a look at our advertising guidelines, in particular the part about banner images: Advertising

  If it’s just an image, and not an advertisement, you can create an image link in your blog’s sidebar with an Image Widget. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
