Base website URL directs to wrong page

    Hello! My problem is that my base website URL http://www.acrosstwoworlds.net directs to the wrong page. It directs to a page on Academic Research and not to the front page with all the posts, which is where it’s supposed to go. I tried editing the page, but in the Page page for the front page it displays a permalink which is correct, but for some reason it doesn’t go to that main blog page, but to another page on the site.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
