Baskerville 2 parent page problem

    I’m using Baskerville 2 and I’m trying to create child pages where I want a specific page to be the parent page. However, in the ‘parent page’ field under page attributes I cannot see all my published pages so am unable to create the child pages I require. How can I remedy this? Thanks!
