Basket + Checkout issues

    Hi,

    My clients are experiencing problems to complete their orders. Some cannot get past the shipping page and some cannot proceed to payment. It just ‘loads’ but nothing happens.

    The problem is also not everyone is experiencing this problem so it is difficult to imitate.

    Could you urgently assist.

    Hi Louzelle, could you confirm which site you need help with? These forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs. sites using WordPress code with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send a link, and we can point you in the right direction.

    If it is definitely hosted somewhere else, we’d recommend contacting your host first if the problem is intermittent. If it works sometimes, it’s most likely not the code. But if you need more help, try searching and posting in the forums for the free WordPress software: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
