beabombshellcosmetics.com is not functioning at this time. We are not sure why. We deactivated two plug-ins to see if that would fix the issue, and it has made it even more difficult to access

Hi @kellieholmes, this site isn’t hosted here with us. With a “Forbidden” error, I’m guessing you need to contact the site’s host.
If they say it’s a WordPress issue, bear in mind that WordPress.org installations are a do-it-yourself endeavor, but if you’ll search the forums there for the trouble you’re having, you can likely find a solution, and if not you can ask the community for help.
