Been Added As User But Not Showing Up

    I need to make changes to a client’s site and he has already added me but its not showing up

    Hi there,

    What is the client’s site’s address?

    If the site is hosted with us on WordPress.com, you need to accept the invitation via the link included in the invitation email before you’ll see the site in your account.

    If the site is using the open source WordPress software at another host, we cannot help you here. In that case your WordPress.com account has nothing to do with this, as the site owner would have created a user account for you on the site itself which is specific to that site only. In that case only the site owner can help you reset your credentials if you’re unable to access the site yourself.
