Before Creating A Gravatar Account

    Hello!

    Before creating a gravatar account, does a user need to have permissions to the WordPress site they will be appear as an author on? Ex: If I am a contributing author on a blog, do I need to have permission for the blog before my Gravatar account will show me as an author for posts?

    Your Gravatar and WordPress.com accounts are linked together. Yes, you will need to be added as an author in order to publish on another blog. Yes, you will need approved to work on the site before your Gravatar would be displayed. Hope that helps. Write back if you need anything else.
