  I need a site that can have videos, zoom call scheduling with a calendar and a payment method (e-commerce) a calendar that mates with outlook. and a site that works on my cell phone. Can wordpress do this?

  Yes, all of that can be done with WordPress.com, however, you would need different third-party plugins to implement some of those services.
