before i buy a personl account i need something fixed before my account lapses on another site

  i am trying to add code to my pay portal page but after i save the information, the information doesn’t take. i works on a wordpress.org site but i have yet to enable it on a wordpress.com site.
  html code is provided from my credited card company and it doesn’t work. I once recalled disabling some type of html conversion but i can’t find it on your site anywhere. please assist.

  What code exactly are you trying to add?

  If you are trying to add code to capture credit card details from site visitors, that won’t work on WordPress.com as we don’t allow form or iframe code here. If you want to have a payment portal on your WordPress.com site, the only way to do that is via a plugin installed with the Business Plan. The Personal Plan does not allow the use of plugins.
