Beginner with questions

Hi I am building my first blog. I am confused I began it but I do not understand the following:
1Does WordPress automatically save or do we have to on all pages? Did not see a save button on all pages
2 Why can I delete some elements? I created a post and I still see some of the copy from the template on my pages ‘This is the post excerpt.’ Plus my blog has two copies of the copy https://wellnessorganicgarden.wordpress.com
3Which window should I be editing in and what is my address and how do I publish, just chose publish?

WordPress has a built-in Autosave feature, but you can also manually save if you wish. There is a contextual “Save” link that shows up once you start typing that you can click. For me it shows up in the upper left of the screen above the content area of the post I’m composing. This is also where you’ll see the “Saving…” when WordPress Autosave kicks in. I hope this helps. I’m not sure about your other questions as I’m new to WordPress, too.

You can delete those posts manually by clicking “Posts” and going to the title of the post. There is an option to delete posts from there.
An excerpt in WordPress is a term used for article summary with a link to the whole entry. An excerpt is usually auto generated by a WordPress theme. If you’d like to remove it you should see the excerpt text at the bottom of the “edit” page.
It looks like you’ve already published it. But just hit publish anytime you want to publish a post, or you can hit “Save Draft” if you don’t want your audience to see it just yet.
