  Hi so im new to wordpress and had a few questions to ask.
  Can I create numerous client websites under one WordPress account?
  Is the client able to gain access into their account without viewing or interrupting the other websites?

  Yes, there is no limit to how many sites you can create under one account.

  And, you can give other folks access to specific sites: https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site
