  Hi,
  I have agreed to build a site for a friend but I haven’t used wordpress before. I have some html and css experience and content management so hoping I can do this.

  She has sent me some a folder from a template she bought from Strato with the php and image folder in she’d like to use. Can I import this to WordPress?

  You can’t use third party themes on a free wordpress.com website. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/
