being banned/suspended

  for some reason, i was suspended, although I did not break any of WordPress’s rules. It hardly helps matters that I wasn’t informed why. I received a letter saying it was a mistake and WordPress was sorry, but now it seems my blog is banned again.
  What can i do about it and how do I stop it from happening?
