Being billed?

    My wife and I were just billed $70 by you guys and we do not use WordPress for anything. Trying to understand these charges and how to get our money back.

    Thanks for writing to us. My suggestion is to use the blue contact support option on the right hand side of the page at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ That will put you in touch with our payments team and they will be able to help you get that sorted.

    I can confirm that the account you’ve used here has never made any purchases with us. This means that the charge is coming from a different account.
