Being charge for no site?

    The issue is that another user (another admin user) moved the site to another platform and deleted the site under my CC info and I can’t retrieve anything pertaining to secured layers such as billing etc. for my account. I can’t access any part of my account. When I check the console log (f12), it states that I am not getting a user token yet my profile pic and various other profile data is coming over. I can’t access billing but I’m being charged.

    Can someone please help?

  • Hi, you’re still the owner and administrator of the site guideyouhome.com. If you go to your Purchases page, you can see all the active upgrades and cancel them if you want.

    To cancel an upgrade, just click on it and select the “Cancel plan / Remove subscription” at the bottom.
