Being charged with out authority

    Hello, I’m not entirely sure what the charge is related too but I’ve been charged £51 from my bank account for WordPress I am now aware I have an old account but I did. Not authorise the charge- it has put me into an instances overdraft and I can’t afford this payment and I do not use the account please can you stop requesting and release the charge my bank have informaned me that only the merchant can reverse this charge.

    Any advice is most welcome this is very distressing situation

    All wordpress.com plans are on autorenewal. If you don’t know what a billing is about, check it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You find on that page a form to contact the Billing-team
