  Please could you assist me have been trying get hold of my domain hosting company the whole day.My site has been paid for up till 17/10/2022 from yesterday my site says suspended I believe my site has been hacked.Please could you un suspend my website domain.Thank you kind regards Frans Dednam

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. Your hosting provider is the only one who can help you

  I have tried the whole day to phone them and email them with no response could I not transfer my domain to word press as I built my whole site and the company is just hosting my site.Is there a way I could request a transfer of my domain direct to word press http://www.wsts.co.za

  As long your site is suspended by your hosting, there is nothing you can do.

  @fransdednam I hope you’ll be able to reach them. If you can log into cPanel they may have more info there.

  If your copy of WordPress was indeed hacked, I recommend getting in touch with your host to ask about backups, then secure your site so it’s safe:
