best themes for building a community / forum

  Hi there,

  I would like to find out what are the best performing themes within your collection to build a forum.

  The idea is to have our HR industry-specific content pieces on the website, and registered users can comment on particular posts, and have a discussion.

  Can you also point out which businesses are using these particular themes so I can have a look around on their website to see how they operate?
