  What do you mean by a “dedicated environment from WordPress”?

  WordPress is a piece of software. How a WordPress site performs depends on the hosting setup where you install that software as well as the type of content, theme and plugins, and any other custom configurations you make to the site.

  We optimise sites hosted on WordPress.com to be as fast as possible, but we cannot guarantee that they’ll be faster than on any other hosting provider, and it’s completely impossible to give a general answer of how much faster it would be, as your hosting setup is only one of several factors that impact this.
