  Hello. I have a problem : I do not have acces to my site I created in 2015 with worpress. http://www.eugeniedanse.fr. Can someone help me please (in french if it is possible because my english is worse than my informatic capacity !!!

  Your site isn’t running on the wordpress;com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. Support is at https://wordpress.org/support/

  As @staartmees mentions your site does not appear to be hosted with us here at WordPress.com. Instead from what I see here it is hosted with OVH web hosting instead: https://gwhois.org/eugeniedanse.fr+dns

  We are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and OVH also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
