Big white gap or margin between the top navigational bar/menu and body

My website is showing a big white gap or margin between the top navigational bar/menu and the rest of the body elements. This is consistent with Chrome and Firefox and kind of on and off on Safari. This white gap only appears when if I’m viewing the site as a user but if I’m logged in as an admin in WordPress, the white gap disappears regardless of what browser I’m using.
The site I need help with is wfinc.org. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.
