Hi,
I see that an invoice has been directly taken from my account without my authorization!! I don’t want to renew the website for 114 euros!!! Just 18 euros the name of the domain is enought. I clearly want to be reimbursed!!! How should I proceed?

Do you know which site you were charged for? There aren’t any charges associated with the account you’ve used to contact us. This means it is associated with a different user account. We will need to know which site or account is involved to proceed.
