Billed $3.50 for monthly service – Please Cancel

    Hi,

    I keep getting recurring charges for $3.50 for the Jetpack service. I don’t use this service and I have been trying to cancel it for several months. I’ve followed the instructions on your FB page that someone helped me with but I still can’t cancel it. Can you please help me. Otherwise I will have to fill out a dispute form with my credit card company. I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to cancel this service. I haven’t had this problem before with any other online services.

    I assume you’ve tried cancelling at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases. That should work as long as you’re logged in to the correct account that purchased the upgrade.

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here does not have any Jetpack sites connected to it, and has never bought anything from us. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you which we could charge.

    Do you have another WordPress.com account to which you’ve had a site connected via Jetpack at any time? If so, please log in as that account, then you’ll be able to cancel the plan via the link @themagicrobot provided above.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
