  I was twice billed for USD 114. I request to reverse all the billing made on 03.04.2021

  I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2021-04-03. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
