    Can you confirm that we will not be billed anymore from wordpress.com? We have switched the hosting of our site to WPEngine and I want to confirm that we won’t be billed $300 on Oct 13, 2021. Should I remove our wordpress.com account, or will that affect our Jetpack settings, which also uses the wordpress.com account.

    Hi there!

    It appears the Business plan for this site was purchased from a different WordPress.com account. I checked and I can see that the site still has the Business plan, but its auto-renewal is turned off, so we will not automatically charge you for the plan. It will expire on its expiry date.

    If you’d like to cancel the Business plan anyway, please log in to the other WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact to start chatting with us. We’ll help you with the next steps to cancel the Business plan completely.
