    Hi there! I’m working on getting my site updated and going through everything. I noticed I received an invoice on 4.8.2021 but the card linked is no longer in use. Just trying to understand next steps.

    Hi there!

    We have no records of any payments on this WordPress.com account. If you have any subscriptions with us, it’s on a different account.

    If you were charged recently, please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter the details of your payment. You will then see the option to contact billing support on that form. Please send us a message that way so that we can look up the payment on our end and share more information with you via email.

    Please don’t post your payment details on this forum as it’s publicly viewable.
