  Had a website that closed last year. Got billed for a jetpack add-on to the site. Not sure how to proceed.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  The plan is properly canceled, but it is past Jetpack’s refund window, so we won’t be able to issue a refund for it: https://jetpack.com/support/refunds/
