  Please can you tell me which of my word press sites this is for, Nobody’s Word or http://www.frankneary.com?

  This is a public forum, so I’ve removed the sensitive transaction info you posted above, as that can be used by someone to try and claim access to your account.

  That transaction is for the renewal of the Premium Plan on frankieneary.com, yes. But it looks like you own that site under a different username, frankieneary. The receipt would have been sent to the email address associated with that other account.
