I just had $100 taken out of my account for a site I haven’t been using and was unaware that I wa# somehow on automatic renewal yearly. There was no reminder letter or warning and I simply can’t afford to pay for the year all at once. I need to have this charge reversed and to be put on a monthly plan I can afford.

By default plans auto renew unless you request otherwise. Emails are sent prior to the renewal to the email address associated with the account. What is the address of the site in question? There are no monthly plans. Do you wish to continue with the site or not? I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could assist you.
