I don’t see any purchases made to the account you’re using to post to this forum. Can you please let me know the WordPress.com username or site that is associated with the purchase you want to be refunded?

In that case, please log into that account and reply here to confirm. We can only issue a refund if requested by the account that owns the upgrades in question.
