I’ve looked over the account. No charges have been made to the account you’ve used to contact us from (joneff8e861d88e).
Please sign in to the account where the charge was processed so we can take a look at getting that refunded. Whenever we process a charge, there’s an email notification that is also sent. Try using that email address to sign in at WordPress.com.
