  I canceled a subscription with you recently after accidentally purchasing it. I noticed the payment still came out and wondered if there was a way of getting a full refund?

  I checked your account and the refund was processed on 6/3. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

  I just noticed a bill on my credit card statement for $93.00 for the Superb Word press theme that I purchased a year ago. I thought this was a 1 time payment? If not why was I not notified of an upcoming charge and how do I ensure this does not annually renew?
