There is not any phone support for WordPress.com. Our support comes from online channels like this public forum — it’s easier to pass along links or screen shots to help our customers this way.

A premium plan + domain renewal will be processed in January for that site. I’ve disabled the automatic renewal for now.

I rent my domain – jeffzinn.com – from network solutions. Should I be paying you for that?

Your domain is registered with Network Solutions, meaning you pay them for the domain registration.
But you have the domain hosted with us, connected to the WordPress.com site, jeffzinncom.wordpress.com. We charge for this service, so you also need to pay us for a WordPress.com plan to keep the domain connected on our end. That plan belongs to the account that Liz mentioned above.
