  Please don’t post transaction IDs for WordPress.com upgrades in the public forums. That information can be used by anyone to gain access to the account that owns the upgrade in question.

  Darcie had referred you to our billing support form at https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged. You can submit that for help with a refund, or you can use that transaction ID on our account recovery form at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery to regain access to the account in question.
