    Hello, I was charged for a renewal that had been cancelled. Can you please refund the $96 and cancel my account?

    The most recent payment I see in this account is the renewal of a premium plan on 12 March, but that was already refunded on 16 March, and those funds should already have been returned to your PayPal account.

    I’ve also now refunded the $18 for your domain, lovefreshairandfreedom.com, as that domain was cancelled within the 96-hour refund period from the time that it renewed.
