Do you have any additional information about the upgrade you are being charged for?The URL of the website it is connected to?
I’m not seeing any upgrades (or charges) associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This often happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade.
