Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

Thanks for reply! I have had several wordpress things over the years…but can’t find one I paid for. And I am retired now so can’t pay for web stuff anymore. Here are some possibles…but I don’t remember ever paying for them.

Hi there,
ndeewoods.blogspot.com is a site on Blogger and not on WordPress.com, but I can confirm that the site wilderstatepark.wordpress.com does have upgrades on it, but is listed under another account and not this one (@deekenville) and under a different login instead.
We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.
