  Hi, I’m trying to figure out what sort of payment schedule we are on and if we are billed monthly or yearly and what amount. There are no details in the purchases section.

  Hi there,

  I do not see any history of payments under the account you are contacting us from. The charges must be connected to a different WordPress.com account. Do you happen to have another WordPress.com account that you could log into?

  My wordpress profile has a user name and email listed and I tried entering that but it showed that there was not account linked to that username/email address.
