I have been billed for the last two years auto-renewal for this account. There is no billing history available that corresponds to these last two years. There is no option to cancel – it says that I am not signed up to a plan (and thus cannot cancel or could de-select auto-renew) but I was still billed for the WordPress and domain name. I want to process a refund.

This usually happens when the paid plan was bought by another account of yours.
To restore access to the account that got billed, you can use the transaction ID at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/.
