    Good Afternoon
    I wish to close my account and get a refund.
    Can you please inform me of what the process is.
    You have just resubscribed me on the 5 August 2022, even though you did not have authorisation for this visa payment, the card expiry date was not valid

    Also I cannot find where I can turn off auto renew.
