I am trying get a hold of anybody that can help me understand what my client paid for and to launch his website. Please help

What did my client buy? Did he buy hosting? and how do I upload the created site built in Jelly onto the web? please advise.

The URL is “BLESS THIS MESS HOME ORGANIZING.com”
if seen receipts that he purchased a domain and $90 worth of something. Well, I had to buy the domain you had said you purchased. He now owns the site through godaddy. So…. what does he have through wordpress? He asked me to build the site in his “Jelly” building platform, how do you suggest I upload it?
A little help please. Can you call please?

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
