I’ve been unable to contact ‘chat’ in WP even though I paid for it. I need support to help me modify my site. Perhaps you need to refund my money because I’m not getting support I paid for.

We have absolutely no history of WordPress.com sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
What is the URL of the site with the problem?

I am unable to find a receipt for my latest bill and it shows my credit card has expired but in fact I am being charged. No dispute on the charge just need a receipt and there are no receipts in the Purchases / Billing History.
