Billing cancellation – Forgotten website/e-mail/login

Hi there,
I have been billed for a website I no longer want/use. I can no longer access the e-mail and login information that was originally used to create the website so at this point cannot log in to cancel it. How would I be able to cancel this recurring purchase as I no longer want it but cannot log on the back end to do so?
