    I received an email about my subscription being due in September but nothing appears in my billing history nor in my upcoming billings.
    Can’t I speak with an actual person?

    Hi hostedvillas,

    There are no recent purchases listed on the account you are contacting us from, which suggests you have another. If you haven’t done so already, please log out of hostedvillas and login using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to. Can you see the upgrades listed on the Manage Purchases page of that account?
