Can you tell me which site is involved? We will need to get you signed in to the same account where the charge occurred.

Hi,
The credit card charge is on my manager’s card which is used for different sites. Unfortunately, we’ve looked through everything and can’t locate the invoice or which site the transaction is from. We just have the transaction details below:

Hi there,
This charge is associated with the renewal of ceoblog.smartgroup.com.au. The owner of that account is robinsmithss. So if you want to manage that site you need to log in to that account.

To get a copy of the receipt you’ll need to log in to that account and go to the Billing History:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
If you don’t have access to that account, please use the Account Recovery form (https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery) and send us the transaction ID associated with that recent charge.
Here’s how to retrieve that transaction ID:
