billing for 4 years

    Hi, I have been signed up for over 3 years for your services but I have never used them. I have now cancelled everything on my account. Can I ask a refund for this past year as I have removed the service completely- both the domain costing 18$/year and the website 96$/year. Looks like my account renewed in October, can I please be credited prorated from December onwards for the year I have already payed with my card. Thanks

    Hi there!

    It looks like your subscriptions were renewed back in September, and we’re not able to refund these anymore :(
    Instead, I’ve added some credits to your account – you can use those to purchase a Premium plan in the future if you decide to give it another go.
