Billing for a school blog

My blog (www.puecherinside.wordpress.com) is a school blog, I have update it, but the administration office of my school tells me that they have to pay it and receive a bill. I don’t know what I have to do for solving this problem.

You can view your receipts for upgrades you purchased by going to your Billing History page here: https://wordpress.com/settings/billing-history-v2/
On that page, you can click the link next to your upgrade to view the receipt, and customize the receipt if you need. We have more information about that here: Billing History
You can submit that payment to your school if they need proof that you paid for the upgrade. Please let me know if I can provide any further help with this. :)
