    Hi there, Are you referring to your recent domain renewal? It looks like you purchased your domain name through WordPressdotcom/WildWestDomains but it is pointing away to a different hosting provider.

    Correct, you may not be responsible for the bill because readyfreddiego.com is not connected to the account you are contacting us from. However, the domain is up for renewal soon and whoever is responsible for the domain needs to purchase the renewal if you do not want it to go inactive.

    Are you wanting to renew the domain? Are you the owner of the domain and the account that owns it? If so, you’ll need to log out of gillia2k and into the other account you own.
